Production Technology
3.1 Thick Clear Acrylic Material
We use brand new cast acrylic boards instead of cheap thin materials. Different sizes match different board thickness to get a solid, heavy touch.
This material lets over 92% light pass through. It has no fog or spots and shows the real colors of photos. It will not turn yellow after long-time use, and it is hard to break, much safer than glass. Two layers of acrylic form a nice suspended display effect.
3.2 Smooth Polished Edges
Every acrylic edge goes through three polishing steps. All corners are round and smooth without sharp parts, so they will not cut people's hands. The surface is treated to resist scratches and stay crystal clear for years.
3.3 Hidden Magnetic Design
