While display rack installation follows a general standard process, specific details may be adjusted based on the rack type. Below is a comprehensive, step-by-step guide:

Pre-installation Preparation
Check Parts and Tools: Inventory all components-such as uprights, crossbars, shelves, and screws-to ensure nothing is missing or defective; gather necessary tools, including a screwdriver, electric drill, spirit level, and tape measure.
Verify Installation Site: Select a level floor surface, assess the wall's load-bearing capacity, and mark the installation location and screw hole positions in advance.
Consult Instructions: Refer to the provided diagrams or manuals to familiarize yourself with the assembly logic and avoid procedural errors.

Main Frame Assembly
Assemble Base Structure: Connect and secure the uprights to the bottom crossbars; ensure vertical alignment and a stable base.
Secure Main Frame: Install the remaining crossbars between the two uprights sequentially, inserting the matching locking pins into the aligned holes to prevent the crossbars from slipping.
Connect Main and Add-on Units (if applicable): Since the main and add-on units share an upright, simply insert the add-on unit's crossbars into the corresponding slots on the shared upright.

Shelf and Detail Installation
Install Brackets/Beams: Insert brackets into the corresponding slots on the uprights based on the required height for the displayed items, ensuring brackets on both sides are level.
Install Shelves: Place the shelves securely onto the brackets or beams, ensuring a seamless fit against the back panel and even weight distribution.
Install Accessories:Attach the back panels and front baffle (front guards/kick plates) in order; for models with lighting or glass doors, complete the wiring and door installation simultaneously.
