‌Check material quality‌: Inspect the dimensional accuracy of panels and profiles; keep tolerances within ±0.5mm to prevent substandard parts from compromising the overall structure.
‌Confirm installation environment‌: Select a level floor; if installing against a wall, verify the wall's load-bearing capacity beforehand; avoid areas exposed to direct sunlight or air conditioner vents, as these can cause acrylic materials to warp.

Operational Precautions During Installation

‌Component installation details‌: Align the slotted side of the nut outward with the screw hole; ensure screw holes and grooves face the rear; the top shelf features a groove on only one side, which must face downward.
