Electrical Safety:Power supplies for equipment such as computers, printers, and photocopiers must be disconnected during holidays and non-working hours. This prevents component wear caused by prolonged standby modes and mitigates electrical hazards.
No Unauthorized Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble the unit or replace internal parts yourself if the equipment malfunctions; contact professional personnel for troubleshooting and repairs to avoid damaging precision optical or circuit components.
Environmental Suitability: Equipment should be placed in well-ventilated areas away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields. Protect the unit from the ingress of dust and liquids, and promptly unplug devices such as fax machines and routers-along with their external connections-during thunderstorms.
Proper Use of Consumables: Avoid refilling inkjet printers with ink yourself, as mixing different inks can create sediment that damages the print head. If an ink cartridge will not be used for an extended period, remove it and store it sealed in its original packaging to prevent the ink from drying out.
